The Design and Drafting Supervisor will lead a team of designers, drafters, and support personnel responsible for assisting with project execution, operational maintenance of facilities drawings and other projects. You will collaborate with others, manage the division of work including engaging contingent talent as needed to meet peak work demands, and ensure your team's work products meet cost, schedule, and quality expectations.

Responsibilities/Expectations
- Coordinates availability of resources and provides recommended modifications to staffing levels, including hiring leased workers and third-party contractors
- Coordinates workforce planning and career development for direct employees
- Provides technical support, standards, and procedures to our third-party engineering contractors working on sophisticated projects
- Provides timely and accurate reports on progress, critical issues, and ongoing efforts
- Communicates and coordinates with internal and external customers to establish scope, cost, and schedule expectations for requested work products
- Is responsible for administrative responsibilities including group budgets, reviewing expenses, performance evaluations, and timesheet approvals
- Other duties as assigned
- Required: Vocational/Technical/Business School degree in Design & Drafting; a minimum of eight (8) years' related experience
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of ten (10) years' related experience
- Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
- Detailed knowledge and ability to use AutoCAD and AutoCAD-compatible software such as CADWorx Plant and CADWorx P&ID
- Preferred: Broad level of industry codes, standards and practices
